Powder charge adjustment is made with an engraved micrometer with 0.01 cc graduations and has a detent lock. With most rifle powders each click is approximately 1/10 of a graim.
To change the powder all you have to do is turn the case feeder 1/4 turn to cut off the powder flow and raise the case feeder . It also features an integral powder deflector and a tapered drop tube.
