The uniform thickness of the neck wall is an indication of the quality of the cartridge case itself. Any variation (more than 0.0015 ") thick wall of the neck so gen eral indicate similar or greater variation in the body and the shoulder of the case. This variation can not be corrected and may lead to concentricity and problems bullet along with runout.
